What Showbiz Spy provides
Showbiz Spy collects and presents attributed entertainment headlines, short summaries and links, and may publish its own articles. Availability, coverage and update frequency can vary. We do not promise to include every source or story, or to provide an uninterrupted service.
Some headlines and summaries are produced with AI. A short summary cannot include every detail and may contain errors. Check the original reporting for the full context and subsequent updates. Archived headlines are dated records and may no longer reflect the latest position.
Publishers control access to their websites, including paywalls, subscriptions, age restrictions and cookies. A link or profile is not an endorsement, partnership or guarantee of that publisher’s reporting. Its own terms apply when you visit it.
Accounts, reactions and preferences
Optional accounts use Place Keys sign-in and its account eligibility rules. Keep credentials private, provide accurate information and do not impersonate others. Do not manipulate reaction totals, automate abusive requests or interfere with other people’s accounts.
You can change follows, reactions, learning and notification choices using the available controls. Website push permission is device-specific. Newsletter signup requires email confirmation. A Showbiz sign-out or browser-data reset does not necessarily sign you out of every connected service or delete your wider account.
Content and rights
Publisher reporting, names, logos and images belong to their respective rights holders. Showbiz Spy’s original material, branding and software are owned by Incentively or its licensors. Linking to an article does not grant a licence to republish its content.
Do not copy or exploit content beyond applicable permissions and legal exceptions, bypass access controls, scrape in a way that harms the service, upload malicious material or use the service unlawfully. Nothing here prevents uses that the law expressly allows.
If you submit a publication or material, you must have authority to do so and give accurate information. Submitting a request does not guarantee inclusion or grant us ownership of your work. Any publishing, logo/image use or AI-rewriting arrangement must be agreed with the appropriate rights holder.
Corrections, restrictions and changes
We may correct, remove or restrict material or access where reasonably needed to address errors, abuse, security, rights concerns or legal obligations. Contact us to report a problem or request review of a decision, explaining what happened and why you disagree.
We may change these terms or features. Material changes will be explained where appropriate; the date above identifies the current version.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, rather than business losses from using a personal news-discovery service.
The law of England and Wales governs these terms without removing mandatory protections available where you live. Consumers may bring claims in the courts available to them under applicable law, including their home courts where entitled.
